• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled — except where a cash-out option is available in live betting.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, 5 Bets reserves the right to void the affected bets.
• If a match or event is abandoned, postponed, or only partially completed, bets will be settled according to the rules of the relevant sport.
• Arbitrage betting — placing bets from multiple accounts on the same event to gain an unfair advantage — is strictly prohibited.
• 5 Bets reserves the right to set or adjust betting limits on any specific account.

During live betting, odds may change due to network delays or connectivity issues. All bets are settled at the odds that were in place at the time the bet was accepted.

4 Payment Policy — Deposits & Withdrawals

• Deposit: The minimum deposit is ৳500. Deposits can be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and other approved methods. Successful deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.
• Withdrawal: The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–24 hours.
• Verification: KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. Deposits and withdrawals must use the same payment method.
